Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions carefully prior to booking your treatment. If you have any questions or queries, please get in touch.

All clients must be 18 years or older. If booking a teen facial, supervision is required.

Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.

All bookings to be completed via booking site.

48 hours notice of cancellation or amendment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late then the appointment will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and you may be charged.

Treatment costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client for any reason.

We reserve the right to postpone treatment pending investigation.

You must read & sign the pre-treatment advice & terms. Failure to do so may result in your treatment not going ahead on the day of your appointment. You will then need to pay another deposit & re-book your appointment. 

Due to the nature of our treatments we are not insured to have children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
